Many men carry the weight of unspoken expectations—pressure to perform, provide, stay in control, and never show strain. Over time, these expectations can fuel perfectionism, anxiety, emotional disconnection, and a habit of prioritizing everyone else’s needs before your own. This workshop is designed specifically for men who are ready to break out of those patterns and develop practical tools for confidence, emotional balance, and healthier relationships. As a therapist specializing in perfectionism, anxiety, and people-pleasing, I created this experience to be straightforward, respectful, and grounded in strategies that actually work in everyday life.
Before the workshop begins, each participant will meet with me individually, for a one-on-one, kick-off session. This isn’t a test, an interview, or an assessment—it’s a chance for us to get to know each other, identify what you want to get out of the experience, and begin to build some anxiety-reduction skills from the start - to help support with reduction of any hesitation or anxiety about stepping into a group setting. These pre-workshop kick-off meetings help set men up for success by building rapport, creating clarity, and giving you personalized tools so you walk in feeling prepared instead of overwhelmed.
By the time the workshop starts, you’ll already have a solid foundation, clear goals, and a sense of confidence about what’s ahead. My priority is to make sure you feel supported, understood, and equipped—not just during the workshop, but long after it ends. This is a space designed for growth, honesty, practical skill-building, and the kind of change that sticks.
