Taking the step to begin therapy can be a difficult decision, and your willingness to be here shows incredible courage. I believe that healing and growth are possible, and I’m honored to walk alongside you in that journey! 

I work with children, adults, and couples who may be feeling stuck in patterns or are navigating a difficult season of life. If you’re seeking support with trauma, relationships, self-worth, anxiety, depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, communication, perfectionism, work/school related stress, or building emotional awareness, then I may be a good fit for you. 

Together, we’ll set meaningful goals to help you manage stress and build healthier relationships with yourself and others. I take an integrative approach, tailoring therapy to your unique needs, and drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other evidence-based modalities.

I am currently completing my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Arizona State University and practice as an intern under the supervision of Dr. Rachel White, offering services at a reduced rate. I’m excited to share that I will be graduating this December and working toward associate licensure.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time outdoors, exercising, cooking and baking, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends!
