Clinical Graduate Intern
I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families as they navigate emotional and relational challenges. I have a special interest in working with families and individuals living with disabilities, as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, self-worth, perfectionism, and wanting to build emotional awareness and regulation.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in compassion, empathy, and evidence-based practices, drawing from Internal Family Systems, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy while incorporating psychoeducation to help clients deepen their understanding of themselves and their experiences.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy crocheting, spending time with family and friends, and settling in with a good book. I believe healing is nurtured through connection, curiosity, and compassion, and I strive to bring those values into every session.
