HEATHER HOSKIN

I am committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. My areas of interest include relationship and family dynamics, women’s wellness, grief, medical and health-related stressors, and family support in substance use recovery, including codependency. I also value working with the unique resilience and experiences of military and first-responder families.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and collaboration. I work from an evidence-based family systems perspective and incorporate Solution-Focused, Emotionally Focused, and Narrative therapy methods.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy reading, gardening, cooking, and staying active. Family is especially important to me—I’m married, with four grown children, soon-to-be eight grandchildren, and three dogs. I believe deeply in human resilience and in the power of meaningful relationships, connection, and community to foster growth.
