What to Expect
This is the time to give back to you.
This intensive workshop will leave you with a greater sense of direction about how you desire to live your life, insights, and skills that support YOU in that process.
The workshop has a small-group format with limited availability and is meant to support those who are already on their healing journey, or those just getting started. Participants work on jumpstarting a healing process by identifying stumbling blocks or obstacles keeping you from creating the life you so desire. Discover the power to break free from unhealthy patterns and relationships. Each workshop day builds upon the next.
Participants spend the weekend participating in experiential psychodrama exercises, group processing, learning short-term and long-term tools clinically researched and proven within the field of neuroscience, gaining greater understanding and insight from presentations, and a concrete plan for moving forward and creating the change desired.
Topics include: Boundaries · Anxiety · Relationships · Work/Life Balance · Self-Worth · Stress Management · Neuroscience · Goal-Setting · Self-Care · Depression · Shame
