This admin position is to be an integral, essential part of our team. We are seeking an individual who is hard working, highly organized, and has a general positive demeanor for the front desk of our practice.
This is a part-time position.

For the right fit within the position, we are able to change some details of the position if needed (i.e., hours/days worked).
Admin Position:
$18-21 per hour
8-10 hours/week (1-2 days/week)
We are seeking an Admin who functions effectively within a team environment, as well as has the internal drive to complete tasks individually. This individual must be hardworking, detail-oriented, trustworthy, highly organized, and able to follow-through with deadlines and feedback.
As an Admin, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Coordination with staff

Support of marketing development tasks and processes

Answering the practice’s emails and phone system

Warmly greet patients upon entering facility

Support with data tracking

Use of guidelines to make decisions

Billing responsibilities

Attention to detail and accuracy related to administrative tasks

Provide administrative support to therapists

Your exceptional communication and task management skills, as well as your ability to handle confidential information with care
