THERAPIST
We are seeking a Therapist to serve individuals, couples, and families in a private practice setting. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality therapy, participating in team meetings and trainings, marketing for their caseload as needed, and alligning themselves with the guidelines of our practice.

We are seeking full-time Therapists in Arizona. We are currently open to independently-licensed or associate-licensed clinicians.

We are currently seeking Therapists who are competent and skilled clinicians, desire ongoing training and team collaboration, and also have internal motivation and follow-through that ensure tasks are completed.

We are ideally seeking an MFT or clinician with family systems training - to support working with couples and families. However, we are also open to finding a clinician that may not have that training and is a good fit for our team that may require additional training related.

Provides direct clinical therapy services and participates in the coordination of behavioral health services for patients by performing the following duties:

Conducts intake assessments for all new patients

Develops individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients
-
Maintains clinical documentation/records as required by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners and Restoration Psychological Services

Administers best practice standards in all patient sessions

Establishes culturally competent behavioral health services
-
Provides accurate diagnoses
-
Provides patient with community resources and referrals, when needed
-
Provides education and support to family members of a patient, when needed
-
Participates in group clinical consultation
-
Provides crisis intervention, when needed
-
Manages their own availability and schedule
-
Actively participates in clinical supervision and shows openness to feedback

Proficiency in Simple Practice

Performs other duties as assigned
