COUPLES INTENSIVES
Focused time.
Lasting change.
Stronger together.
Couples Intensives offer concentrated, extended-session therapy for couples who want dedicated time to understand stuck patterns, address core concerns, and create meaningful change with focus and intention.
A DEEPER WAY FORWARD
A More Intentional
Path Forward
Traditional, weekly therapy is valuable, but meaningful change can take time. Couples Intensives provide a more immersive experience, allowing us to go deeper, work through critical issues, and create a clear path forward in a fraction of the time.
Together, we will uncover the patterns that are keeping you stuck and build the tools that you need to reconnect, repair, and move forward with confidence.

A Structured, High-Impact Experience
01
Initial Assessment
Session
A 1-hour session to clarify goals, understand the relationship history, and determine the focus of the intensive.
02
Two 4-Hour
Intensive Sessions
Extended, focused therapy time designed to help you identify the cycle, address core concerns, and begin practicing new ways of relating.
03
Follow-Up Session
A 1-hour follow-up session to review progress, strengthen next steps, and support continued movement after the intensive.
During our time together, we may address communication breakdowns, trust repair, emotional distance, attachment injuries, repeated conflict cycles, betrayal trauma, and underlying concerns affecting the relationship.

FOCUSED SUPPORT IN A CONCENTRATED FORMAT
Save Time. Gain Clarity. Get Back on Track.
For couples who need more than a weekly session can provide, intensives create dedicated space to slow down, understand the cycle, and begin doing deeper work without the interruption of weekly start-and-stop sessions.
