Understanding the Patterns
Beneath the Surface
My work is grounded in the belief that many of the patterns we struggle with do not develop in isolation. Anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, and relationship distress often make more sense when we understand the experiences, relationships, nervous system responses, and protective strategies that shaped them.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, therapy explores the deeper patterns beneath the surface - how you learned to cope, protect yourself, seek connection, avoid conflict, set boundaries, or carry responsibility for others. This work supports greater clarity, emotional steadiness, healthier relationships, and lasting change.

What Makes My Work Different
Clinical Depth
I bring advanced clinical training and years of experience into a space that remains warm, human, and deeply respectful of your story.
Warmth with Clarity
I offer a supportive, nonjudgemental space, paired with honest, thoughtful guidance to help you grow.
Beyond Surface-Level Change
I explore deeper patterns that keep you feeling stuck, so change can be meaningful and enduring.
Evidence-Based, Personalized Care
My work integrates evidence-based practices, attachment science, nervous system awareness, and trauma-informed care to support meaningful, sustainable change.

Christian-Informed Care, When Desired
My Christian faith is an important part of who I am, and I deeply respect that each client comes with their own story, beliefs, questions, and values. For clients who desire faith integration, I am able to thoughtfully include Christian-informed care within the therapy process. For others, therapy remains clinically grounded, respectful, and centered on their goals.
FAITH INTEGRATION WITH RESPECT, CLINICAL GROUNDING, AND CHOICE

A Personal Note
I believe therapy should feel both grounding and transformative, a place where you can slow down, better understand yourself, and begin caring for the patterns that have helped you survive but may no longer be serving you. My hope is that our work helps you move toward a life and relationships that feel more steady, honest, connected, and meaningful.
